What we collect on this site
When you submit a form we store what you typed (name, role, email, phone, dealership, rooftop count, DMS, message), the page you were on, an optional campaign tag, and your country as reported by our hosting provider. We use it to reply to you and, if you asked for Bulletin Watch, to send the digest. Unsubscribe by replying to any email.
The live check
The RO check on /check runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us.
Dealer documents
Repair orders and claim data shared for an audit are handled under the signed data agreement, not this policy. In short: isolated per dealer, no training, no resale, no sharing with any OEM or third party, deleted on request. Details on the security page.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-preserving, cookie-free web analytics from our hosting provider. We set one local-storage key to remember your light/dark theme choice.
